National Foster Care Month

More than 3,000 children are in foster care in San Diego and many are waiting for safe and stable homes. Have you considered becoming a foster parent?

May is National Foster Care Month, a time to learn about the critical need for foster parents and how you can help.

Our Foster Care Services
Our foster families provide safe, stable and healing home environments for abused and neglected children. Our services also help current and former foster youth transition into self-sufficient adults. Last year, we helped 360 children and youth through our foster care services. Learn how we do foster care differently.

Get Involved
You can help save a young person’s life. Attend our next virtual Foster Parent Information Session. You can also donate now or explore how to get involved in other ways, such as joining our team or volunteering.
