Starting from the Ground Up.

Ground Up Coffee was started with the intention of helping youth attain hands on training that will prepare them for the real world.

By working at the Ground Up Coffee, youth learn how to handle the business side of finances, keep track of inventory, develop customer service skills, work in a team environment and develop personal growth skills every day that will help them be ready for their future endeavors.
