Ground Up Coffee Shop Expands November 26, 2023,

We are thrilled to announce our Ground Up Coffee Shop has expanded from our Admin and Spring Valley locations to La Mesa as of Nov. 1 with its grand opening!

We’d love for you to come in and take a sip with us on Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at La Mesa First United Methodist Church, 4690 Palm Ave. in La Mesa.

Ground Up not only offers amazing refreshments to help start your day, but also provides job development opportunities and skills for our TAY Works youth who run it!
