Walter has been at the helm of San Diego Youth Services as our Chief Executive Officer since July of 2000. He has worked in San Diego County as a social worker for three decades, including more than 25 years in leadership positions.

Steven is a licensed psychologist, licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Clinical Member in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. He serves as our Associate Executive Director.
Angie Tran
Angie is responsible for the management and oversight of the business operations of San Diego Youth Services. She has more than 40 years of experience managing business administration for profit and non-profit agencies.
Kristen Diggs
Kristen has been in HR for over 25 years, working in both for-profit and then in non-profit for the last 16 years of her career. She is responsible for leading the overall SDYS HR strategy including; DEI, employee relations, recruitment & retention, compensation and cultural development. She has recently relocated to San Diego from Maryland.

Precious has spent 15 years in education as a K-12 educator and administrator where she is working to advocate for students who require additional supports and services. Precious is a member of the local chapter of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa Inc., a sorority of educators and counselors who provide mentoring and professional and professional development.

Kelly has been on the Board for 12 years. Kelly defends the City of San Diego and its employees in a variety of civil lawsuits. Prior to practicing civil law, she served the community as a prosecutor, both in San Diego County and in Cook County, Illinois. Kelly is an active member of the Wallace Inn of Court, San Diego County High School Mock Trial Committee, and City Attorney Legal Internship Committee. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys running and is an active member of her Parish.
